And we are off to SoCal! Fun Times await. But first the long drive.. |
Still driving south. |
At least there was some nice scenery. |
And the sun is getting lower so it is time to EAT! |
Most convenient place: McDonalds. This was a very sparsely populated McDonalds. There was a sign for 2 McChickens for $2. Dan ordered 2 McChickens. The cashier didn't know what a McChicken was so Dan ordered a $5 Grilled Chicken Club. He said it was tasty. |
The sun had set by the time we arrived at the Feather house around the corner from Disney. From the very first glimpse you could tell the house was initeresting. |
After eating some homemade chili, we headed out to the backyard patio, sat by the pool, and watched the Disney fireworks. Quite a good view. |
Time to assemble and stuff party favors for the wedding. We brought all the various parts we had previously created so all we had to do were the final touches. |
Look at all the assembled boxes! |
Still folding |
Dan is a genius and created a funnel to fill the boxes with candies. |
Yum |
Once the M&Ms were funneled in, Dan wore his tiny gloves to artfully insert one Lake Champlain Raspberry Chocolate in each box. |
We output 2 bins full of favors. |
Notice the aesthetics. |
Closeup of the Turtle we previously customized, printed, and cut. |
